About Us
The Mad Tea Book Club is an Indonesian-based English book club. Founded by Sherry, Airin, and Krisan on March 2021, The Mad Tea Book Club aims to be a safe space and home for bookworms and English learners to share their hobbies and interests. How to be a member?
Simply join our monthly meeting and fill the attendance. That's all you need to do!
As a member, you will have special perks such us our member-only newsletter and the access to join our Discord group and chat with other bookworms. You can also collect roses to get some special gifts!
Do I have to be
fluent in English?
You don't have to be an expert in English to join. If you can communicate and listen to English well, then you're welcomed to join!
Every six months, we open the registration for board members. There are several positions available, such as the Oraculum (general affair), Illuminator (designer), Historian (social media writer and manager) and White Rabbit (public relations). Board members will volunteer for the book club for six months per batch.
